生(shēng)活作(zuò)息規律的孩子會(huì)表現出更積極樂觀的心态,所以從現在起,請(qǐng)家(jiā)長按照幼兒園的作(zuò)息時(shí)間(jiān)安排孩子的一日生(shēng)活,早睡早起,每天按時(shí)午睡,多(duō)帶孩子參加戶外運動,為(wèi)重返幼兒園後擁有(yǒu)良好的精神狀态奠定基礎。
Children who have a regular routine will show a more positive and optimistic attitude, so from now on, please follow the kindergarten routine to arrange your child's daily life, go to bed early and wake up early, take your child to nap on time every day, and take your child to outdoor sports more often to lay the foundation for a good mental state when they return to kindergarten.
保持孩子三餐規律、獨立進食的好習慣。開(kāi)學前建議孩子在家(jiā)吃(chī)一些(xiē)清淡的食物,既可(kě)以保證身體(tǐ)活動的正常消耗,又有(yǒu)利于消化和(hé)吸收,防止上(shàng)火(huǒ)。

良好的衛生(shēng)習慣有(yǒu)助于孩子的身體(tǐ)健康,家(jiā)長在家(jiā)也應該提醒孩子像在幼兒園一樣保持良好的衛生(shēng)習慣,如小(xiǎo)手髒了要及時(shí)清洗、飯前洗手、飯後漱口擦嘴等。
Parents should remind their children to maintain good hygiene habits at home as they do in the nursery, such as washing their hands when they are dirty, washing their hands before meals, rinsing their mouths after meals, etc.

由于長輩的溺愛(ài),孩子暑假在家(jiā)可(kě)能習慣了“衣來(lái)伸手,飯來(lái)張口”的生(shēng)活。為(wèi)了讓孩子開(kāi)學後可(kě)以盡快适應集體(tǐ)生(shēng)活,希望家(jiā)長們及早“放手”,讓孩子獨立完成吃(chī)飯刷牙、穿脫衣物等力所能及的事,以恢複其生(shēng)活自理(lǐ)能力。
